Добре узрялото авокадо се разрязва на две. Изважда се костилката. Обелва се кората. Месестата част на авокадото се нарязва на малки парченца. Черитата се нарязват на четири. На ситно се нарязва червения кромид и чесновите скилидки. Нережете на малки парченца и чушката. Посолете, поръсете с лимонов сок и зехтин. Разбъркайте и гарнирайте с няколко маслини. Който обича магданоз може да поръси салатата отгоре с нарязан на ситно магданоз.<br />

Получава се много свежа и вкусна салата.<br />
<br />
Сварено яйце нарязано на дребни парченца и прибавено към останалите зеленчуци разнообразява вкуса на салатата.<br />
